Please read the program description package carefully before you complete this application. There are 30 Flex English seats and 30 Flex French Immersion seats available each year. After these seats have been filled we start a wait list.

and attach to your application in a sealed envelope. If you are a home learner
please contact us.

Attach
two letters: 1) a letter of interest and intent, to be written by the student applicant; and 2) a letter of support for
the application, to be written by the applicant’s parent/guardian. Please
note that the applicant’s letter should make reference to the program descriptors: Academic Excellence; Character Development
& Community; Enrichment and Challenge through Experientials; and, Support for Flexible Learning Options.

Attach a copy of the applicant’s most recent report card or a
portfolio of learning experiences if the applicant is a home learner.
