1.    Please read the program description package carefully before you complete this application.  

2.    Complete the student demographic information requested below.

3.    Have a teacher complete the Teacher Checklist and attach to your application in a sealed envelope.  If you are a home learner please contact us.

4.    Attach two letters: 1) a letter of interest and intent written by you; 2) a letter of support for the application to be written by your parent/guardian.  Please note that your letter should make reference to the program descriptors: Academic Excellence; Character Development & Community; Enrichment and Challenge through Experientials; and, Support for Flexible Learning Options.

5.    Attach a copy of your most recent report card or a portfolio of learning experiences if you are a home learner.

6.    Return the application package to Reynolds Secondary School by Tuesday, February 9, 2010.
